Sales Representative


We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team and promote energy efficiency solutions to a wide
range of customers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to promote energy-efficient solutions to a diverse range of customers. While
having experience in selling heat pumps, electric vehicle (EV) equipment, and photovoltaic systems would be highly advantageous, we place a greater emphasis on the candidate’s attitude and eagerness to learn.

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with clients, identify their needs, and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their energy requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transition to sustainable
energy and make a positive impact on the environment.


    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our energy efficiency solutions, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications (training provided).
    • Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, referrals, networking events, and online platforms.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the advantages of our energy-efficient solutions.
    • Actively listen to customer requirements, assess their energy needs, and provide customized product recommendations and quotations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services to customers.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and maintain a
      competitive edge.
    • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

    Solar PV Installer


    Passive Instal UK is seeking a team of skilled and experienced Solar PV installers to join our growing business. We are a reputable company specialising in the installation of solar panels with a mission to help households and businesses reduce their carbon footprint by converting the power of the sun into clean, sustainable energy.


    • Installing and commissioning photovoltaic panels and inverters to a high standard
    • Providing a connection to the grid within the investment area
    • Following design plans and installation procedures
    • Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
    • Preparation and installation of wiring paths and protections
    • Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
    • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards


      • Experience in installing solar PV systems (1-year minimum)
      • Employment on a B2B basis
      • MCS certification
      • Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Electrotechnical Services, or a Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services
      • Knowledge of electrical and safety regulations – 18th Edition Electrical Certification 
      • Good communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to work well in a team and independently
      • Ability to work well without supervision
      • Highly organised with an analytical problem-solving nature
      • Flexibility to work on-site and at heights 
      • Valid driving license
      • Access to own vehicle/s with essential equipment for the PV system installation
